we r tiny - growing bigger
w/ tiny fingers on tiny triggers
ra-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-tah
in unison we break dem law
little fists n little boots n
little reason not to shoot
we r friends and we like peace n
if we're pushed we kill to keep it
with tiny fists and tiny fingers
tightly gripping tiny triggers
ha hahaha ha haha ha
in unison we break dem jaw
little voices, little amplifiers
little fires make bigger fires
we r friends and we like peace n
if we're pushed we kill to keep it
dwarfed from the start - grew hardly at all - from my
limited perspective all i saw was a wall - and the
more i looked around all the more that i found other
puny people sick of being stuck on the ground - so now we're
knocking it down - we're knocking it down
it's all toppling now
it's a
lemming attack - we want the world back - we been
driven by fear and it brought us here, to the
edge of a cliff, and now we're moving away from
it - and someone's gonna pay for this - been
knocking too long, stuck in the cold so we're
chopping it down, moving up, tally-ho
knock knock knock - chop chop chop -
creak, snap, drop and we're walking on top of
it
with
tiny fists and tiny fingers
powered by a force of massive hunger
massive pressure, massive danger
massive hearts and massive anger
by the kindness of strangers we
rearrange the hoo-ha that hatred breeds
the plan wasn't written - it simply hatched - it's a
natural to reaction to bite the hand that slaps
this is not about vengeance - it's about freedom
you may see us hand in hand but you can get between em
and watch a angry face turn into a smiley face
or keep your back turned and keep your boots tightly laced
you're with us or you're dead
we r tiny - growing larger
w/ tiny fingers on tiny chargers
ra-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-tah
in unison we change dem law
little fists n larger plans n
not afraid to take a chance
we r friends and we like peace n
if we're pushed we die to keep it
with tiny hands all linked together
we're gonna swim or sink together
ha hahaha ha haha ha
in unison we fix dem flaw
little voices, little amplifiers
little fires make bigger fires
we r friends and we like peace n
if we're pushed we die to keep it
dwarfed from the start - grew hardly at all - from my
limited perspective all i saw was a wall - and the
more i looked around all the more that i found other
puny people sick of being stuck on the ground - so now we're
knocking it down - we're knocking it down
it's all happening now
so back in the olden days, when Magical Bass was called Motion Recordings, about 12 or 13 years ago, i created a project called Turbo Punx - it was just me (with a couple guest vocalists), but i promoted it as a 3-member band. the concept was electronic punk rock. to this day i think it sounds pretty different, even though there are quite a few electro-punk acts out now. Beverly Fre$h just mentioned to me that his Turbo Punx CD is getting worn out, so i decided to put it online. hope you like it. the cover art above was a one-of-a-kind hand-made version done by Drew Slum, and it was apparently scanned and uploaded to the internet by the person who bought the CD, cause i just found it on google.
From the forthcoming Institutionalized maxi-single, DJ 0.000001's "How To Edit A Drum Loop" proves once and for all that he is really good at chopping up drum samples.
The Institutionalized maxi-single features DJ 0.000001's very first VOCAL appearance, covering the classic "Institutionalized" song by Suicidal Tendencies, as well as another exclusive track, and possibly a remix by a special surprise guest. Coming like next week, I think, to http://thmole.bandcamp.com.
I edited this specifically for my set at Burning Man Decompression SF the other night. Sort of an inside joke for my DPW co-workers. But you've got to love Bizzy Bone, no matter who you are. <3
